Flood Problem

The problem with Flood insurance cover is that it is not a common risk to all – usually just those living in risk prone areas. It is often a question of when and how often flood damage will occur rather than an insurance risk of whether it will happen or not.

However, we can arrange Flood cover provided the residence is not located too near an established waterway, reservoir etc.

Remember that overflowing of gutters, drains, or leakage from tanks, pipes etc is not considered as Flood and is covered by the Escape of Liquids section of the policy.
