Victorian Bushfires

Catherine and I thank the Donnelly staff and management for the

consideration they afforded to us during the processing of our

Insurance claims after the February bushfires which destroyed our home

and contents at Kinglake, Victoria this year.

Following the initial contact by Andrew Dunn in the early hours of the

Sunday following the blaze, we were kept up-to-date by him - and

assisted by the Vero staff when needed - throughout the assessment

process to the final claim finalisation.

We have utilised both Roger and Andrew Dunn as our Insurance Brokers

for many years and these events have certainly vindicated our choice.

Thank you all for acting with professionalism tempered by a degree of

concern for the trauma with which we have been involved.
