Funeral Plan

Ezicover Funeral Plan has the following features:

• Lump sum payment to cover the cost of the insured's funeral;
• Cover is available for persons aged 19-80 years;
• Cover is available for amounts of $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Benefits:

• Provides guaranteed acceptance if you are aged between 19 and 80 years
• Double benefit if death is caused by accident after policy begins
• Provided you pay your low cost premiums when due, you will be covered until you die - no matter when
• Premiums cease at age 90 but cover continues
• 21 day cooling off period.

Exclusions:

• When the life insured dies as a result of suicide within 12 months of the start date of the cover or the latest reinstatement of the policy or payment of more than one Ezicover Funeral Plan for the same life insured
• Cover is only provided for accidental death in the first 12 months (but if death occurs in the first 12 months which is not a result of an accident or suicide, premiums will be refunded). After that cover is provided for death by any cause.
