• Materials in storage for up to 90 days awaiting transit to the works site.

• Debris removal up to 10% of works value necessary for the repair or restoration of the works;
• Professional fees up to 10% of works value for the restoration or repair of the property insured;
• Expediting expenses up to 10% of the works value to urgently restore or replace property insured;
• Mitigation costs up to 10% of the works value to extinguish a fire or prevent or minimise damage to the insured property;
• Temporary protection not exceeding $20,000 to secure the work site following damage to the insured property;
• Government fees up to $10,000 payable to obtain consent to repair or replace any property covered.
